Meet Our Founder

Vein Access Technologies was founded by M. Gail Stotler, B.A. Biology, B.S.N., R.N., Vein Access Technologist, an educator, author, and healthcare professional committed to advancing vein access education.


Inspired by her Background in Pre-med Biology, cadaver Anatomy, graduate Physiology,nursing and clinical practice, Gail developed the 21cVA Method to help healthcare professionals move beyond memorization and gain a deeper understanding of venipuncture. Her passion for innovation continues to shape our training programs, educational books, learning resources, and teaching tools.
