This is the scientific, academic background of M. Gail Stotler.  This science education is what uniquely defines the difference between The Science Behind the Skill of Vein Access and all the other books written on this subject. This scientific foundation is what makes this 21cVA Technique the correct method for performing venipuncture and the 21POC Technique the correct method for finger sticks and infant heel sticks.
